I made Fondant Chocolat for Valentine's day!
" Fondant" means "melting" in French.
I ate it at Lantern a long time ago and I really liked it so I wanted to try to make it.
Unfortunately, when I opened it, it wasn't melted . But it was good.
I want to try to make it again.
I cooked "lemon herb chicken" for dinner. I marinated the chicken with lemon, thyme, garlic and rosemary for 2 hours.
It was very delicious.
My husband bought raspberries and chocolate for me. We ate them with fandant chocolat and ice cream.
